Return Eligibility
Customers may return products within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, is required. Items that show visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@robstevenson.ca. Our customer support team will provide you with clear instructions on how to send your item back. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Once your return has been received at our facility, it will be carefully inspected to confirm eligibility.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 days of inspection. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider, but we make every effort to process approved refunds promptly. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs for returns may or may not be covered, depending on the reason for the return. Our customer service team will clarify this when you contact us.
- We do not accept returns beyond the 30-day window.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
